Assisting Dialog for Updating Our Community's Design Regulations
Project Description
This projet will update the Oak Harbor Design Regulations and Guidelines, which define the design requirements for new development within the our community.
The update is focused on our historic downtown with two main objectives: provide more context appropriate guidance for future development in this district; and, integrate the recommendations associated with the Downtown & Waterfront Redevelopment Plan, the Windjammer Plan, into the regulations.
